Sausage & Kale Pasta
Take 1/4 lb of Trosly Farm Pork Sausage and sautee in pan.  Remove sausage, leaving the juices and add kale to pan.  Cook until dark green and tender. Toss with cooked pasta and top with grated parmesan. Enjoy!

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds with Rosemary Citrus Salt
Place pumpkin seeds in a pan and sprinkle Olive Oil over top.  Roast the seeds in the oven at 325F until you begin to smell them (about 4-5 minutes.)  Stir the seeds around, making sure the olive oil coats all sides and put back in the oven

BRAISING MIX STIR FRY
What is "braising mix"? It's a delicious blend of green mustard, red mustard, kale, tatsoi, & hon tsai tai.Great for a simple and yummy stir fry! Drop into boiling salted water for two minutes, or until nearly tender. Drain well. Heat canola oil

Roasted Radishes with Brown Butter, 
Lemon, and Radish Tops
Brief high-heat roasting mellows a radish's peppery flavor and turns it into a whole new root vegetable. Using the green radish tops adds color and amps up the radish flavor. Be sure to rinse the green tops thoroughly before using them. This would be
