How to Create a Pumpkin Patch: Trosly Farm Style

Step One: mark your site with fencing and add pigs. Let them do their thing.

Step Two:  Remove pigs.  Layout fencing.

We were thinking that the arrival of cold weather would slow things down here on the farm, but it seems that we keeping finding projects and work that needs to be done!

The high tunnel is still producing some yummy veggies!

Time to clean out the barn- 4 tons of compost and counting!

Hello Friends of Trosly Farm!

We wanted to let everyone know that the season is still going strong here at Trosly.  Our Farm Store is open on Saturdays up until November 23rd for you to stop by and get fresh bread, handmade chocolates, farm raised meats, and even fresh veggies from our high tunnel!

Also, you can still schedule a private dinner for you and your friends either here at the farm or we can bring the farm to you!  Contact us to create a seasonal menu that you will definitely enjoy!

The Holidays will be here before we know it!  Trosly Farm will be offering handmade chocolates, gourmet herb salts, all natural soaps & lip balms, and other goodies for you to give and get!

It's that time of year when I don't update as often because there is so much happening on the farm!
Here's a few shots of the high tunnel going full blast...

We've got some onions and pumpkins outside and inside the cucumbers, tomatoes, beans, squash, & zucchinni are going crazy!

Here's a view from inside of the basil, tomatoes, & cukes!

And the sheep say hello!
