CSA Information

The Trosly Farm CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) runs from May-October.

A CSA is a great way to eat fresh every week, get your kitchen in tune with the seasons, and directly support small scale sustainable agriculture.

CSA members will receive a basket of seasonal produce, meats, and baked goods from our farm every week during the growing season. Our CSA is a true "Farm Share" including veggies, meats, bread, and dairy from the farm and our farm partners. We're happy to be working with Oak Moon Creamery and Andy's Produce Farm to provide our CSA customers with exceptional quality and variety this season.

Our Farm CSA is divided into two sessions:

For only $160 a month (that's $40/week) you will receive a farm share that is equal to or exceeds that amount.

Session 1: May, June, July

Session 2: August, September, October

You may sign up for one or both sessions.

Here’s how to sign up:

  • First become a Trosly Friend ($100/family membership fee). This membership fee gives you access to our CSA. Membership fee for Trosly Friends will also includes a special farm dinner for member families during the growing season. Your membership fee is also an investment in the future of our small, family run, sustainable farm.
  • Second, decide which session to commit to. This is a minimum three month commitment. Members in the first session will have priority to end their share or continue when second session begins. Spaces are limited and shares are on a first come first serve basis.
  • Our Farm Store is open every Saturday from 12-5pm for you to pick up your basket and see what's new on the farm!
  • Your membership fee and money for the first month ($160) is due before chosen session begins.

What to expect:

  • Our pasture raised free range meats- chicken, pork, or duck.
  • Artisanal Breads- Rosemary Italian or French Sourdough
  • Farm Fresh Dairy- Eggs, Oak Moon Creamery Goat Cheeses
  • Seasonal Fruits and Veggies: Greens, Salad mixes, cabbage, broccoli, carrots, turnips, beets, beans, sweet corn, potatoes, herbs, tomatoes, eggplant, squash/zuchinni, pumpkin, apples, pears, blueberries, just to name a few…

An upfront payment of $100 is required to join the CSA.  This membership fee reserves your place for the growing season.  You can then pay for the entire session of your choice (3 months = $480) or simply pay $160 prior to each month’s delivery.

Buying a CSA share means that you share in the risk of farming.  Trosly Farm will do its best to provide you with quality food.  Each week you will receive a share in our harvest.  However, there is no refund for crop failure due to extreme weather (drought, flood, etc.) or any other act of God.
