Bread
We typically have several varieties of bread available at our farm store and farmer’smarket. We make: European style sour dough, Whole Wheat sour dough, French style baguette and Rosemary Italian bread. Our breads are simple (flour, water, salt) and contain no preservatives.

Chocolate
Kaci’s hand made chocolate truffles are the best this side of the Atlantic. Having traveled to France and Italy to learn artisinal chocolate making Kaci offers a variety of chocolate and flavors at our farm store and local farmers market each week.

Pork
Amos is the 4th generation in his family to raise pigs traditionally. Our pigs are raised outdoors with plenty of fresh air and lots of tasty forage (grass, weeds, acorns, chestnuts). We supplement their diet with a locally milled feed ration that contains no added antibiotics. We offer a variety of assorted cuts fresh and frozen to the public. All pork is vacuumed packed and USDA inspected.

Chicken and Duck
Our poultry are raised outdoors on pasture with plenty of space and tasty insects. We continually rotate poultry pens to mow, fertilize, and improve our grass areas. We are working with the animals to leave the farm in better shape every year. We supplement their diet with a locally milled feed ration that contains no added antibiotics. We offer whole roasting duck and chicken to the public at our farm store and at our local farmer’s market.

Lamb
Seasonally we have assorted cuts of lamb available. Our lambs are 100% pasture raised and fattened on locally milled corn.
